          Katherine "Katie" Rose Clarke (born August 25, 1984, in Friendswood, Texas) is an American musical theateractress.

          Early life and education

          Clarke got her start acting and singing in the United Methodist Church.[1] Clarke is a BFA graduate in musical theatre of Sam Houston State University.[2]

          Career

          She first came to national attention for her portrayal of Clara Johnson in the Broadway production, the live PBS broadcast, and the national tour of The Light in the Piazza.[3]
